Easy sign up process and great selection of funds. I like the app and theber events is a nice touch. The level of info and ease of access to it for the available funds is good and makes you feel more informed and comfortable with everything.
App didn't work whilst trying to open an account as they failed to verify my (HSBC) bank details after taking selfie, photographing and scanning passport. No help or support on the app. Called the help number and told I could request a callback but no idea when it might be. Not confidence inspiring, have gone somewhere else.
I have moved one of my SIPP's to Prosper, it went very well and quickly sent from Freetrade. It is the cheapest provider, the app is very basic but that also means easy to use. I am looking at moving my current work pension over but currently they do not offer any auto investing option which in my option is a basic option for a active SIPP. Its great for transfering all old pensons into, but currently cannot be used for your active pension. ( if you are self employeed or your work offers to pay into your personal pension) As you have to manually action the fund / ETF purchase very month.
