I recently switched from InvestEngine to Prosper, as I wasn't satisfied with their support and also the paid partnerships they do with questionable companies. What a breath of fresh air, the SIPP transfer was done efficiently and quickly. Best of all though this is the first company of its kind to listen to customer feedback. For example, when joining I got a message from Nick, the founder of Prosper. It was really enjoyable speaking to him and giving thoughts about the service. There are many companies out there such as Wealthify, Nutmeg etc that could learn a lot from this. Where you are treated as a customer, and not just a number. Absolutely fantastic to see, the app has a nice UI, and their support is good. I can't fault it. Thank you.
