The cat fence barrier I had installed is the best thing i have bought for my 3 rescued cats to keep them safe. From getting a quote to having it installed by one of your engineers the service has been excellent from start to finish.I highly recommend this company to anyone
A very friendly & helpful team at ProtectaPet. Designed & installed a solution in my slightly awkward back garden to keep my 8 cats (including one trouble maker) safe. It means I can relax & not have to worry about where they are. Any issues were dealt with speedily & effectively. Very happy with the outcome.
From start to finish all our touch points with Jacqui were actioned in a timely and very efficient manner, we were kept informed at all times and practical advice was given where needed, and timescales were met in all instances.A special mention to our fitter Martin who had to work in the most horrendous rain to get the job done.Now for the slight downside it seems we have one of those cats for which the mesh barrier is not fully effective so we had to go a stage further and electrify the barrier. Now we have Maine Coons (a large heavy cat breed) and they seem to find it easier to use the mesh itself to hang from and then claw their way over the edge to freedom. So just something to be aware of!Martin did an excellent job and the barrier looks very neat and after a while it fades into the foreground so you don't really notice it.
We had a cat fence barrier installed in our back yard last week and couldn't be any happier with it. Phil came to install it and he was so friendly and explained each and every detail of the process. He checked every aspect and corner for escape points and then did a marvellous job. It looks so tidy and well designed. Our two cats love it and are enjoying to come outside with their doggy brother and sister. We sadly lost our darling boy Pieter a few months ago due to a road accident and this is when I looked into cat proofing our back yard. I will highly recommend Protectapet. The process from getting a bespoke quote to the final installation was easy and everybody involved was so pleasant to deal with. Thank you, happy cats, happy cat parents !
Does a pretty good job of sealing our cat into the back garden. Very expensive kit, even more outrageous price if you get them to do the instal. Saved two thirds off of cost by getting our handyman to put it up, it’s not rocket science.
