I accidentally purchased a subscription from Publuu.com and requested a refund within 5 minutes of the transaction — fully within their 24-hour refund policy. They initially said it would be processed within a week. It’s now been over two weeks, and they still haven’t initiated the refund. I’ve followed up multiple times and received only vague responses claiming their “financial team needs more time.”What’s worse — their checkout page is misleading the default selection is annual, but the price displayed is $7/month, which appears to be for a monthly plan.
