Ask for Kat from the Eastcheap branch she is friendly, knowledgeable, keeps her rooms sanitary, no question is too much for her to answer, and she is dedicated and ensures that her clients are informed and achieve their desired results. For example I paid for a 8 course laser hair removal treatment for my armpits, bikini and perianal. I noticed hair keep appearing in certain area on the bikini sections my former problem area (underarms and perianal fine after a couple sessions no ingrowns hairs barely growing back) Kat concentrated on my problem area and adjusted the laser to ensure that the issue was rectified. You can end up laughing and joking with Kat as she is so personable you forget you are undergoing laser hair removal. Great results, I wont be going back to waxing again. Excellent customer service x

Excellent service...pulse light has all the treatments to suit every body's need and for every gender. Very easy to book the consultation and I have found that the practitioners are very helpful.....friendly and knowledgeable. I had my endolift treatment done with Dr Natalia and I loved it. I have found Dr Natalia to be very experienced and kind. Very easy to get appointments with no fuss....every one is very helpful on the phone. I've had a consultation, patch-test and my first session of laser hair removal. All appointments have gone really well. The staff were professional and knowledgeable and they defused any embarrassment I had about showing my private areas. I have had minimal hair growth in the two weeks since my laser hair removal, and that was just after one session!
