I recently reached out to support regarding the Picosure treatment I completed, as I am still experiencing hyperpigmentation. I wanted to follow up to check on the next steps and to seek further guidance on why this may have happened and what options are available to improve the pigmentation.While I received a prompt response to my initial email, suggesting I meet with an in-house specialist to find a remedy, I was informed that the Customer Support Manager would call to arrange an appointment. However, I have yet to receive that call.
I have had a wonderful experience with Pulse clinic Bank branch having my laser hair removal. Their laser treatment are very effective on dark skin and my hair has reduce incredibly after just a few sessions and I have booked myself more sessions. The clinicians are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Pulse light clinic
I have used Pulse Light Clinic (PLC) for laser tattoo removal and I’m really pleased with the service and the results.I researched heavily and attended several consultations sessions, with different clinics. What I learnt through research and interviewing the clinics and clinicians is that there are different lasers, different technologies, so comparing like for like was really difficult. I finally settled on PLC, and I’m so glad that I did!The service has been warm, professional and honest, throughout. And the results have been incredible, after just 1 session the tattoo fade is amazing. I cannot rate this company and its service highly enough - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Had a great experience having the Fotona 4D treatment at Pulse. The team, practitioners and staff were amazing with their communication and efficiency, especially Krystal who made the whole process super smooth. I opted for the full body laser and face package (8 sessions) . I must say I’ve been really impressed with the service and also how informative, friendly, attentive and pleasant the staff at the Percy Street clinic have been. I’ve had two and a half sessions since my consultation. Best purchase I made in 2024. Would highly recommend!
