Unwelcoming staff

I’ve had consistently negative experiences with the admin staff at both the Bank and Liverpool clinics. They’re often rude, unapproachable, and make me feel uncomfortable every time I visit. There's little warmth or basic courtesy, which makes the whole experience horrible. I hope management addresses this, as front desk staff should help clients feel welcome and supported

I was nervous about having the halo but she was very reassuring and positive about the results and well, the results far exceeded my expectations. I twice called two pulse light clinics…

I twice called two pulse light clinics to ask about a HarmonyCA treatment, both times the receptionists didnt know what I was talking about said they didnt offer it, I said it was advertised on their website, then they verified, booked an appointment, one said I needed a consultation, one said I didnt, they couldn't verify which practitioners had experience, and they said I needed to pay the full amount in advance not just a deposit. It made me very uncomfortable as this is not standard practice anywhere. I opted to go to another clinic that is more professional.
