After my acne flared up again for the first time since I was 17 (now 23) due to university stress, poor sleep and food relationships I turned to PuraU for help. I completed one round of the intermediate acne program, and after seeing gradual results, then did another round of the beginner acne program. I will say, all the inflammation in my skin is gone. Whilst I still struggle with small breakouts especially due to my cycle, the redness, inflammation and sensitivity I experienced before starting the program is completely gone, and my breakouts are very small and much more manageable now. I’ve now been using the skin and gut maintain daily, and will continue to use this product as it is truly making my skin glow and again allowing me to manage the small breakouts I have without redness, scarring or sticking around for too long. I think if you’re someone struggling with acne, this is an amazing resource to help you manage your acne and inflammation. I can’t say it will magically clear your skin, but it’s such a good practice in taking care of yourself. My skin has seen dramatic improvements since using the Purau Skin & Gut Maintain supplements. My acne has reduced significantly, and as time goes on, my acne scars are fading which has left me more confident and feeling healthier. I have used purau for years now and it has helped my skin more than anything else i have tried. Purau has been a really simple solution to what I thought was a complex problem. After taking the initial set of pills and now using the skin & gut maintain, I have completely eliminated the problem. The only time I ever see a pimple is when I forget to take my daily pill.
