The after the sale service was spot on. while my initial purchase had a defective piece. they wasted no time sending me a new one at no cost. They made the experience almost enjoyable. The commitment to the customer and product is second to none. They have created a long term client with the service I experienced.
The fact that after sending in a suggestion I received confirmation that my suggestion was at least taken into consideration, shows me the people at “Pure” really do listen to their customers. My suggestion was that they use the box that the starter pack comes in a little better by telling us what we are using instead of having to look up what each symbol means and to describe what each one does. ie., melatonin, B12, etc. I just feel it would make it easier to use!
I have enjoyed this product. It does have a bit of a "chemical" flavor at first kind of like the disposable vapes from gas stations, but after a few puffs that seems to subside. I got the coffee and my husband the blueberry. Both were true to their flavors. Most importantly, the customer service is outstanding! My coffee vape started to leak a little. Nothing I couldn't live with, but the company quickly replaced it at no cost to me and followed up with an email to make sure we were happy. You just don't get this kind of service anymore. Way to go purediffuser.com!
Very helpful customer service and I love the products I researched the diffusers and It being plant based really helps, It's very wonderful. I can't wait to get my new one I had a friend recommend these to me and he's had a major change Pure actually DOES the job. It's actually the real deal to be honest.
This was a 4 star customer service experience. I complained about not liking the product, at first I got a canned response, then I replied again and they did what they could to help. A 50% refund (on a product that was opened) and a sincere concern for my happiness!! I was very pleased.
This is a great company with great product... This was not what I thought it was, and they sent me a full-refund, and I didn't even have to ask for it. I was totally shocked you do not find this kind of customer services anywhere these days, but they are wonderful people.
Not only did they false advertise but it's bout to be a full week and I didn't even get a message about my refund they wrote me until I asked for a refund read everything before purchasing these products and you might as well stay addicted to cigarettes because this healthy way to stop smoking is as bad as smoking cigarettes
