I recently purchased the calm defuser peach and it tastes great! I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free. My husband wanted to try it, so I gave him one that was not yet opened and it turned out to be defective. I emailed them to ask what could I do to fix the defuser on my end and they said they were open to send me a replacement order, instead. I am very happy that they helped fix the issue

As a smoker for over 23 years and person who switch to vape nic 3 years ago I was thrilled to see this product ad. So, I reached out to the suport team with questions I had. They responded within 24 hours with all the information I needed. I'm truly so grateful and thrilled for the pure product and the team with there brilliant idea to help change a life style that had been 26 years in the making. While there no magic cure to change people's addiction to nicotine at lease this is a step into the right direction. Like always with any product there is trial an error so I hope others like me will look past the small stuff and not let it stop the goal of finding a better alternative that helps the body intake a healthier choice substance..

I’ve been trying to quit vaping for years. The new pure diffusers are great, nicotine free all natural a great tool to help me in my struggle.I had a problem with one of my diffusers customer service got back to me in one day to help with my issue. They sent out a new one right away.
