Customer Service Excellence!I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and kindness provided by Pure. Even though I was cancelling my subscription, I was treated respectfully and received options. I was not pressured to continue as some companies do. I will definitely continue utilizing Pure just in a different capacity than my initial order. Well done!!

I love the PURE diffuser products. They are relaxing for me and a great addition to my day! When I wanted to change my subscription order flavor, the customer support responded fast with HOW to do the change. When I couldn't figure it out, they did it for me- quickly and pleasantly!

All in all 10/10 would try again

The user experience was difficult to comprehend at first as well as the business model. It’s very new as well as the services/products. All are very step by step easy to interact and if you have any questions a dedicated team is on hand to assist and inquires. Scarleth in particular was very friendly and helpful as well. The products are a must try and only after trying will you see any real difference. Use as recommended
