Even though I was cancelling my subscription, I was treated respectfully and received options. I was not pressured to continue as some companies do. I will definitely continue utilizing Pure just in a different capacity than my initial order. Well done!!
I love the PURE diffuser products. They are relaxing for me and a great addition to my day! When I wanted to change my subscription order flavor, the customer support responded fast with HOW to do the change. When I couldn't figure it out, they did it for me- quickly and pleasantly!
