Definitely a great experience! When I received part of my order I made an email so I could get it straightened out and Scarleth got everything handled for me to get it fixed right away in just a few minutes. Having people that actually care about the purchases and the people rather than just making a dollar sitting behind the desk or phone, they make sure the customers experience is at 100% of pure satisfaction.
Patiently waiting for the calm diffusers to come back into stock can be difficult.. but Pure’s customer service has been great with keeping me updated and completely understanding in my frustrations. I can’t say enough good things about how this process has been handled. They are the best!
They respond quick and try their best to help your customers even though you should have more of the products available to more customers like I wanted the strawberry or watermelon and you were out of them please try to keep that in mind or maybe trying to sell like a package of different kinds of flavor not just one flavor thank you
