Review Time
The day I got my diffuser pen, I didn’t like it and wanted to return it to get my refund. I’ve messaged them on their site, and sent two emails, the site says they will respond within 72hours, sadly it’s been longer and I haven’t gotten any response back:( I have a feeling it’s a scam.
I chose the Vitamin B-12 diffuser with a raspberry flavor from the available options. Personally, I didn't like the taste; it felt artificial and mild, which was strange. Additionally, the diffuser didn't last for more than a week, even though I don't vape much, as I'm not a regular smoker. However, I appreciate the offer to send me a replacement diffuser and flavor to make up for the one that didn't work well. I called it a "bad working case" because I didn't use up the 400 puffs that they claim each diffuser provides.
