Review Time
I ordered on website one off payment (wanted to see what it was like before subscripting) they said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I paid then they said delivery 10 to 14 days. This was a problem as I knew I wouldnt be here, so contacted them to ask if they could delay delivery. A person called Georgia said it was no problem, they would delay delivery. 2 days later I get a message from Marion saying she had put my order out for delivery but my subscription wouldnt start till April...
I went back said I did not have a subscription I wanted package delayed......still waiting for a reply
I cannot say a bad word about them. Honestly, I see the bad reviews and I scratch my head cuz I have been using these guys things for over a year and the only negative i can find is how come i put up with my local water for so long before buying this. I recommend the subscription plan because i guess it be better to not have to continually order new parts.
I did notice the new filters are slightly different design than the old ones but it all works smooth so it's not really a complaint just an observation. Keep it up people! Please stay around for along long time
I am disappointed in the lack of customer service and the inability to unsubscribe easily as the Puure website is designed to make subscription virtually impossible. Very unethical. The product itself is good but the shipping delays are well over a month (billed Jan 31st and STILL waiting for filters as at Feb 27th.) Any query to the company is met with a "it will be soon" and then marked in their system as "solved". When it isnt. I would not subscribe again.
Absolute sham. We bought extra filters and lifetime guarantee. The item does not work. We had a plumber fit it so it’s not us. Every time we have gone to them, they have some clever answer. No refunds, no returns on the unopened extra filters. Eventually they offered 50% back but it has never arrived. Surprise! Will now get the bank to get our money back. I have no doubt Selena will write some clever answer on here. It’s all bull, she never acts on her word.
Good product but unfortunately customer service doesn’t come upto scratch. I purchased one that didn’t fit despite many adapters and they were very reluctant to issue a refund despite their advertising. Best advice they could give me was to replace my taps! After about 3/4 months I finally got my refund but it took persistence.
DO NOT BUY - their advertising is false they claim a 100 day money back guarantee and then say they can only refund 50%. Over a month later no refund of anything. The delivery was delayed and when you finally get the product it doesn’t fit and they won’t honour their ‘guarantee’
AVOID!! Do not waste your money. I’m also reporting them for GDPR breach as I have requested they remove my data 3 times and they have just ignored my request.
A super smooth ordering process with plenty of updates along the way. Installation was a breeze (I have a very standard faucet).
The water in Berlin is really hard so I’m happy to finally have softer water to drink! Also consider getting a shower filter now as well.
Never buy this product. My money was taken in October 2025.and it is now 17th February 2026 — and I still have no replacement filters and no refund.
After my original review, the company replied publicly saying my subscription was cancelled and implying the delay was just a courier/tracking issue. That does not change the fact that I paid months ago and they have still not delivered the product or refunded me.
I have sent multiple emails chasing this and they continue to ignore/refuse a refund.
This is not a normal delay — it is months of taking payment without providing what was paid for.
DO NOT BUY. If you value your money, avoid this company.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I ordered months ago, like last year months ago. Soon as it arrived it didn’t fit my tap, I contacted them as stated in the manual should it not fit.
I must of emailed them no exaggeration about 6-7 times, not one single reply.
I commented on their Facebook posts to try and get someone to speak to, they deleted my comments, I’ve even recently messaged their Facebook page to try and get a response and the answer I got was
“ Hello
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Based on my analysis, your case is incompatible, which means that, according to our policy, a full refund cannot be granted. However, we may be able to help you in other circumstances”
Why can a refund for a product tha doesn’t work for me not available, and why the biggest question have I been ignored for going on for 6 months. I can only imagine how many others have been in the same situation they must be making thousands!
Don’t be fooled by the great reviews on Facebook, they delete any bad ones to make it look like they’re a great company, I would never ever use again and have advised everyone I know that they are a scam company and nothing more.
I’d rather be poisoned by the rubbish in my water than use anything from these scam artists! Out of pocket £60 for a piece of tin that doesn’t connect to my tap and get told basically “oh well not our problem”
Quality of product and functionality are quite good. Delivery also was safe and solid. However there was little bit delay of delivery only for that reason 4/5.
Overall i can solely recommend Puure.
