Recently, I had the opportunity to perform Umrah for the first time with my mother, organized through Safwa travels. Brother Umer efficiently coordinated all our arrangements and provided an excellent package for us. The price offered was exceptional, encompassing flights, ground transportation, comprehensive city tours and hotel accommodations featuring a breakfast buffet. We were fortunate to have excellent accommodation at both Makkah and Madinah, conveniently situated close to Haram and Masjid-e- Nabwi. Their exemplary customer service made our experience hassle-free. Brother Umer and Arsalan in particular displayed exceptional professionalism offering helpful responses whenever needed and their continuous support was invaluable. I recommend Safwa Travel because they deliver on everything they promise. The experience of Umrah was great due to their 24-hr round the clock access. Whatever you need they provide before and during your travel. I will be using them again Insha Allah and will be recommending to any of my Muslim family in the US to book using Safwa Travel. I travel with Safwa for Umrah in November of 2023. The experience was nothing but fantastic. My agent was brother Muhammad Arslan Khan. He was truly remarkable. As soon as I contacted Safwa, he was the first one to handle my case. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease as this was my first trip to the Middle East. He handled all of my paperwork in a speedy and thorough manner. From the moment I left the US until my return, it felt like he was there with us the whole time. When I arrived in Jeddah, I was having phone troubles. This brother literally called me over 9 times to make sure I got on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was an amazing experience with Brother Arslan, he made entire travel and hotel packages transition as smoothly as possible in least amount of time.
