360 reviews NOT anonymous!!!

The results of the 360 Qualtrics review are absolutely NOT anonymous - it is false advertising!!! I work in Spain, and I am the only english speaker in my team. I completed the 360 review in English (as it was offered in English), and all my collegues received the results as written (it had not been translated as I had been led to believe - I even emailed Qualtrics before completing the review to ask this questions, but received no response, but as they verify on their website that all results are anonymous, I assumed my comments would be translated to Spanish), definitely not the case. I work for a global bank and have asked human resources not to use this company again for 360 reviews.

Beware their email surveys

First of all, I have never used Qualtrics. But I received the following email from them: Dear California Voter,Join thousands of other Californians who have already participated in this survey. It is about some of the most important issues facing California today. Make your voice heard! Thank you,I realize that this was sent on behalf of a client. Yet, Qualtrics has a responsibility to tell me what information gets clandestinely gathered if I click on the link. It has a responsibility to provide a privacy and security statement. It should insist that anyone using their mail server identify themselves in the email.Finally, there should be a way of contacting Qualtrics regarding such a problem. Yet the only choice on their Website is to have sales contact me, assumedly to sell me their product, or tech support in case said product didn't work.In the increasingly dangerous arena of the Internet, who with any intelligence would dare to click on such a link?

Beyond impressed!

I have never worked with a company that has this impressive of customer service. I've built multiple surveys and have tons of questions and they are so patient and helpful. I would recommend this site over any others. Is nice to know you can get an issue fixed with one phone call and in a matter of just few minutes.

Qualtrics for online survey research

I enjoy using Qualtrics for survey research, and also use it for creating smart, interactive forms for people to complete online. It's got a lot of programability, and it's extensible with CSS, and Javascript. If you are an SPSS user, you will love the binary SPSS files you can download directly and have all missing values and labels already defined. Also, Qualtrics has an integrated mailer which will track your surveys in such a way that it's always convenient to send reminders (or thank you messages) to all non-respondents (or respondents).

Life changing product for our team!

Qualtrics has truly helped improve numerous processes on our team. We use the tool for various purposes and continue to discover new features offered on the system. One of the best features from Qualtrics is the SMS and we use it for event registration. We've even received feedback from attendees that we're 'cool' for using the texting feature to sign them in. If there is ever an issue or if I have a question, Qualtrics' support team is just a quick call away and they'll always find a solution as soon as possible. Again, I can't stress how amazing Qualtrics is and what it has/is doing for our team!

Everyone That I have interacted with at Qualtrics is a great person. Very caring, understanding, and interested in helping out. We use the Qualtrics survey tool, and panels. The products are pretty good, but the people rock!

In general, very quick and courteous customer service. More training of customer services reps neede

I like Qualtrics. The move to Insight was spotty, the newest platform lost some features that I liked a lot and used a lot from the previous version and now they are either nowhere to be found or planned for the future. I would like Qualtrics to invest more time and resources on its reporting capabilities. You claim Insight is highly customisable yet it isn't. Customer service is very quick to response though not always able to resolve my problems. Yet they are normally very nice and attentive.

Amazing product and customer service!

Qualtrics is an extremely user-friendly yet powerful product. The support team is incredible; they are friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I love seeing a company use its own software to make improvements, and that's just what Qualtrics does: they showcase the use of both basic and clever solutions when requesting customer feedback, and they obviously use the feedback to make positive changes. To top it all off, the Qualtrics Insight Summit in Salt Lake City is an exciting, informative, and aesthetically-pleasing conference experience. :)
