totally unprofessional operation

After many baffling customer service failures . I asked how to make a complaint. They are literally ignoring me. I have asked 4 times over a week how to make a complaint - no reply. What a totally unprofessional operation. It is quite ironic given that they deal with customer feedback research that they themselves are unresponsive and apparently DO NOT HAVE A COMPLAINTS PROCESS

This survey company doesn't pay their survey takers. They are falsely advertising. They collect 95 percent of the answers to their questions, then all of the "sudden" their survey won't advance to the next page and you can't go forward or backward and you lose your reward, "conveniently". Every time I've taken a survey powered by them, this has happened. I think it's disgusting these people do this to people especially during this COVID-19 when times are hard on people. This company is a RIP off for not only companies who hire them, but also for the survey takers as well. They are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. If you see a survey powered by them RUN!

We have integrated a lot of third party services, such as Emarsys, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook ads. Qualtrics is the worst. They will put a penalty on your API if you exceed the rate without notifying you. We have to Email and call them arranged meeting with their dev, then their dev told us they have throttled our API. Their services are very expensive but they are not very professional.

"Flexible" platform = emperors new clothes

I'm a small-business requiring unique program solutions and looking for an evaluation platform. Their ask-price for their platform is on the high-side, but there's a premium on good analytics. They sold their platform well with the templates and widget that they showed me we impressive. So I gave it try. The problem: what they called "flexible" and "adaptable" really meant that I had to build my own dashboard. Perhaps a large business has resources for this, but not me (or, I think, any small organization). I eventually figured out that I was left naked like the emperor--sold an empty idea with substance. That was six months ago, my platform is now disabled, and I still haven't received a refund.

Absolutely shocking, disgusting, unprofessional, rip off, con artists

Initially quoted $1500 over the phone subject to a demo call. The demo was not attended by Qualtircs, i had to chase them to book another demo. The demo took about 1 hour, agent was more interested on how much budget we had rather than anything else. After the demo, Qualtrics came back with a quote for $4000-$6000 with no explanation on price increase. When questioned they replied by completely mis-representing the conversation we had on the demo. They also said that they will no longer be wanting to do business, simply because i questioned their pricing and lack of pricing breakdown. We operate in a regulated industry, i am not used to dealing with such unprofessional agents before. i.e. refusing to provide price breakdowns and refusing to do business when you question them. Absolutely disgusting.

Novice intake Sales Team; Aggressive and Tacky

Asked for Demo; my company leverages many of these types of technology providers for some very large companies; highly sought after logos. Went the generic route requesting a demo online vs. reaching out to their sales execs which I usually do. Bad idea; the guy that followed up didn't seem interested in my company or our value prop and how we could leverage their software for clients. Wanted to know if I could be a "reseller" or add them as part of our product suite? Neither until I know more about the product and if see them as worthwhile to explore for possible opportunities. Then he said "the sales team won't even return your call unless they know they can close on something and won't set up a demo." I was done. BIG mistake on your part. Use car salesmen have more finesse and polish. Told them not a cultural fit. Train your intake sales people; they are your front lines and set the tone for your company. This left bad taste in my mouth and will make sure I share my thoughts with anyone else who asks me about Qualtrics.

I consider QUALTRICS one of the worst-ever experiences I've had on the Internet. Not only do they lie through their teeth when they claim a Rite Aid survey takes two minutes - when it's impossible to finish it in less than 30 to 45 minutes - but when you try to contact them there's nobody there, even the emails sent to them are returned as undeliverable! What a horrible scamming experience we had! I suppose it's best NEVER TO DO SURVEYS, or to get paid in advance - and, most important, when you read "two minutes survey," that survey could go on with more and more questions for almost an indefinite time! We are also going to avoid shopping at Rite Aid (there are other similar stores) indefinitely to make up for the "damage" (indirectly or directly) brought upon us by Rite Aid also!

Oh wow, what a bad sales service! I was trying to contact them for sales inquiry and after one interaction they just ghosted! Not going back here again asking for help.

I contacted Qualtrics for quotation and was scheduled a call. It turned out that that call was just about Qualtrics doing a survey one me, asking me a series of questions (such as are you considering another research company too etc) . It was not at all about the client's need of getting a quote. Then I was told if i needed a quote another the team would contact me the next day. I was not happy at all but still agreed with that and requested a 10 am call, the lady said "sorry the team is busy, but they can do 9AM, the first thing in the morning".This very first interaction already killed trust and obviously shows the company's non client-centric practice. And guess what I decided to go with another company without even having that second quotation call with Qualtrics. Simple.
