Qualtrics has been one of the best experiences for data collection. The ease of set-up, the fabulous support, creativity and their first-class customer support has been such an awesome experience. Because we serve the mental health/substance abuse/IDD communities, the voice of our clients is important for identification of gaps and our quest for service excellence, and Qualtrics is playing a very important role to ensure they are heard.

Good survey platform and great customer support

My team uses Qualtrics frequently for creating and distributing surveys to our network. The platform is easy to use and has most of the features in place that we need. Downloading results from the system can be a bit tricky, since we are based in Europe and the export function is more geared to the US. However, the most notable part of Qualtrics is the Customer Support team - they attend to queries immediately, providing invaluable assistance, with detailed answers including screenshots and videos to help us. They are a fabulous team, can't rate them highly enough :)

I miss the old Qualtrics...

Just don't feel we get the same attention that we did before your last investment round... Customer service is still great, but there are a lot of new inexperienced employees may not have the appreciate for us old folks that have been with Qualtrics since the yearly years.

Qualtrics is an excellent company!

I am the Qualtrics brand administrator for our university. Qualtrics is an excellent company. Their customer service is extremely fast and friendly. Their online resources of videos and tutorials are very helpful. Qualtrics is an amazing tool with advanced capabilities that works well in higher education. If all companies were run like Qualtrics the world would be a better place.

Great product and exceptional service

I've used a lot of survey platforms, and also created some myself back in the olden days. Qualtrics has a lot of power and flexibility. What sets Qualtrics apart, however, is the service. It is exceptional. I have never had better experiences with help for a product. The people at the other end of the phone are not only very nice, but very knowledgable. They figure out my issues (and they are usually complicated ones) and not only tell me how to accomplish what I need, but often will stay on the phone while I try it out. I hope they pay the phone support people a lot, because they obviously are at the top of the field not only in product knowledge, but customer service.
