I deal with a lot of different companies and their customer service departments. Allyson Barber was such a pleasure to work with. She was very patient and ensured to help me with billing and service questions. I appreciated how helpful and easy she made getting my concerns addressed.
It took over a week to get the machine fixed. The answer i got from Quench was that they are not doing any service calls the week that it was broke. I am not really sure why. I never got a clear answer.Technician was great though and when he came out to fix it, it works perfect.
We all have crazy work schedule and for sure, I did NOT have the time to go back and forth with customer service. When I called, not only was Thomas M. (Representative) kind and listening to me. He was able to resolve my concerns in a timely matter. There were no sales pitch or additional information at the end. Thank you for getting it done!
