They have blocked my two cards in their system, I wanted to buy things but can not, they were informed, their App let me go until payment which I entered my card details only to be told we are not taking any new cards try again later.
This company DO NOT look after its CUSTOMERS so be AWARE.
They gave an address on reply on here which was BLOCKED twice so gave up.
As always great service and delivery from QVC, the presenters always explain the products well the only thing I wish they would do is have a direct text line to the studio so you can ask questions

I was luckily to buy two last year , such excellent quality and price . It’s looking good a year later . I managed to put mine together myself and I’m not a natural DIY person . I am currently storing my BBQ and gas bottle in one . It’s my fantastic purchase of 2025
It’s been awhile since I purchased anything from QVC I was looking through my orders tonight. I purchased an Amazon fire tablet around January February or even as late as march last year. Yet I couldn’t find it anywhere. I needed the exact date because it’s started to switch itself of, now my granddaughter is only 6 is upset. I told her I would find out exactly when I bought it to see if it was under warranty still I even typed in the product but it cans back with 0 found. I know u definitely purchased it from QVC its was while I was looking for that I also noticed a Dyson hoover wasn’t showing other now. I have to say and ask when you buy items like a Dyson hoover but doesn’t show, or the Amozon tablet that doesn’t show. I have to ask myself why it’s amazing but if you have bought anything and returned it it shows also anything you might have ordered the order date as been and gone or you simply change your mind. Oh they show. Now I have said QVC do have some really good things and the whole idea was to be a bit cheaper than anywhere else. But something are actually dearer you have to be extremely carful. But in all honesty it greatly concerns me that when you want to know the exact date of purchase it’s not even showing you bought it from them. There. Something not quite right about that. I do not deny I am a suspicious person by nature but when you need to know the exact date of ordering not receiving. Unfortunately builds a slight mistrust with me and would do with many a person. No I have to say I cant say I would by from them again

QVC has been my go to for many things but my luxform lights are just fantastic they stay on with just a bit of daylight.
The clothes I order are fab and elegant.
The sale items still have a parents to the can be returned if faulty. Although ive only sent back things that ive changed my mind over and 1 faulty item in 20 years .
Great Chanel but I have asked for more teen clothes more trendy teens have very little choice on the high street its a market that needs tapping into.
