I order from QVC regularly...they cover so many categories. I find their items to be quality and good value. On the rare occasion I have bought something that hasn't been suitable, I have the assurance I have up to 60 days to return the item for a refund. If sent back within 14 days the return postage is also covered !
I rarely bother with reviews, however, on this occasion it really warrants one. I received cordyline plants x 3 I am delighted with them. They are bigger than expected, light up my garden and a good price as well. They arrived very quickly and are in superb condition. Thank you
Lovely crumble packed full with apples and topping. Personally would have liked more caramel, but that’s just my taste.

I love QVC. i paused for a long time without buying anything from their website. I decided to look into recently and i fell in love with offers, prices, products, must say deliveries are quick than anywhere else, and products that are unique and hard to find anywhere else. Brilliant!!
Had wanted to try the Denim and Co jacket for a long time. It was on special offer so I took the plunge. I chose the light sage colour in a medium. Prompt delivery but unfortunately not suitable. The green was too bright for what I wanted and the medium swamped me. Should have took more notice of the presenters in the sizing and had a small, but with the colour not being quite right I had to return.
I will definitely order another when hopefully the offer will come back.
I have bought many things from QVC over the years , I pads , hoovers , clothing , skin care , I love the return period , not that I've used it very often ! Latest purchases Shay and Blue perfume , the Violet Tabac is fabulous and Wilson and Butler earrings . I just enjoy watching and then being able to buy something without having to travel to shops and hunt down items , often discovering they don't have my size ! I will continue to be a loyal customer and enjoy all the benefits shopping with you brings .
Had to ring customer service because the site wouldn’t let me put the items in my basket. The items were in stock. Managed to place the order with customer service but this took longer than using the site. CS assistant was not sure why this happened. Just suggested this sometimes happens

My order of NEOM turned up, QVC do a great job of putting the products together to give value for money, even better than the real NEOM website. The standard is excellent and the packaging they have taken care to wrap, because some items from NEOM are in a glass bottle and the Candles most definitely are ceramic or glass. I always enjoy unwrapping the parcels from QVC, they take care to do right by the customer, and if they don't, then the rectify it, as long as you tell them quick enough.
