Booking through the radical storage website was very simple process. All relevant documents were sent including the location and how to get there . I used my google maps to highlight the location and used taxi to get me there. Small hotel, reception checked my details and took my bags. Only concern was security. It wasn’t a locked area but in front of a CCTV camera in a hallway . I got my luggages back . No issues. Recommend Radical storage. I’ll use again.
booked luggage storage online while at Flinders Street Station in Melbourne and was directed to EzyMart, 65 Swanston St. However once I arrived at the address I was informed by their employee that they no longer work with Radical Storage due to Radical Storage owing them money. I then had to store my luggage with a competitor and seek a refund from Radical Storage. In fairness the refund process was fairly efficient however my failed attempt at using this service was inconvenient.
I booked storage for the whole day because that was the only thing that was offered online (5€+1,75€ insurance). When I arrived at the location I was informed that I could also pay per hour, which would have been only 2€ for me because I only needed 2 hours. Feels like intended misinformation to me. Also it was not possible to cancel my online reservation, because there was no such link to be found. I feel scammed. Won’t use radical storage again!
