It's kinda goofy and efficient at the same time. The location is in an alley across the street from Seoul Station. Make sure you take exit 3 out. Once you get there, you carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Take a photo so you can show them later when you pick up your luggage as proof. It's kind of like a hostel style where there are no lockers, just everything out in the open. I dropped mine at 10am and picked it up at 7pm before my flight. Everything went smooth.
One star – Absolute scam!! I booked and paid for luggage storage in advance, but when I arrived at the location, it turned out to be permanently closed. I immediately emailed the company, wasting 30 minutes dragging my suitcases around to find a new place. They eventually responded, offering me a new location *11 minutes away by car.* I had no choice but to take another taxi, only to arrive and discover that this location didn’t exist either! This company is a complete fraud. I wasted 3 hours, lost my reservation money, and spent extra on taxis for nothing. This fiasco ruined the last day of my trip. Absolutely disgraceful—stay far away!
the online arrangements were quick and easy.the bora bora lounge is directly across from the cruise port arrival terminal and the Moorea ferry terminal which made it very easy to find.While very busy, the people at Bora Bora lounge were very nice and took care of accepting, maintaining and returning our stored bags quickly without any issues.
