Do not use this service!We paid for a locker in Prague, and were sent to a location, which had no locker in sight. We looked everywhere around it and we asked multiple shop owners, yet no one knew where it was. They had sent us coordinates to a bookstore, whom knew nothing about it. The phone number connected to both the individual place and the whole support line is not real. You cannot call any of the numbers. Customer support is a robot, that you have to beg to talk to a human to before you actually get connected. There is no option to ask for a refund, only store credit, and if you do not choose that you want store credit it doesn’t let you contact them.Never use this service!

Easy to book and easy to find the convenient location. It’s a simple system. Would do it again as it was really convenient and allowed me to have an easy, luggage free day.

The staff were friendly and helpful…

The staff were friendly and helpful when storing our cases and pick up was an easy process. It wasn’t well advertised in the street where it was and we had to guess the hotel it was in though. Other than that very good!
