I was afraid of staying my luggage

I was afraid of staying my luggage, but decided to risk. Place was in a hotel, there were a special room for our luggage. Everything was OK.

Great and fast service

Great and fast service. Easy to book and pay online. Cashier at the counter just had to scan the qr code and it’s all good. My bags were returned to me without any problems. Thank you

Great location - Best service

The location is very close to the railway station. The employee was very polite, kind and helpful with a smile. I will definitely use again the same storage business the next time I'll go to Krakow.

The storage point was in the center of Prague

The storage point was in the center of Prague, very comfortable place for taxi stop as well. The owner was super helpful and nice. The luggage was returned to us in the same condition as it was before the arrival

Que of 40 minutes

When we arrived there was a que of 40 minutes. We only needed the storage room for 4 hours and needed to catch a flight after that. If we knew that it was so busy we didn’t have booked here. This was at the Londen bridge station.

Location for our bags did not exist

We arranged storage for our bags in Hamburg close to the railway station we were directed to the location via the app but when we got there the shop keepers denied all knowledge of the service we were charged €27 for nothing - I can’t find a contact for Radical storage on their website please get in touch via this platform

Wouldn’t even give it one star

Wouldn’t even give it one star. The locker claimed to be at Waverley station but was actually 10 mins away. I only wanted to leave my bag for 2 hours before catching my train so having to walk ten mins in the wrong direction was not helpful, as it meant I had to walk further to the museum, only to have to walk back out of my way again to collect the bag. I booked whilst in a taxi to Edinburgh, and as soon as I realised it wasn’t at the station, I contacted them to see if I could cancel. But they refused - not a good service at all.
