It's a scam

It's a scam. The store we were supposed to store our luggage at in Incheon South Korea had been closed down for ages, a local told us, and supposedly they didn't know that. Said they'd give us a refund and never did. Do not book or store through them.

It was very easy to drop my bag

It was very easy and quick to drop and pick up my bag. The location next to king's cross is great and my bag was safe and secure for the day while I went and did other stuff.

An expensive item went missing from my bag whilst in storage. The customer service, aftercare & comms have been terrible and it’s no longer resolved. Really saddened by the experience and very disappointed
