Review Time
First of all the location for radical storage was off and we walked 15 minutes in the wrong direction. Secondly, the place was closed and luckily the owner lived upstairs and was unpacking his car to see us. We told a representative all this and nothing was done to ensure we had a seamless check in. Supposedly you guys have a chat group but they didn’t answer till an hour after. So during all this we were freaking out and panicking while the rep was telling us that baggage was checked in and everything was okay.Overall would not recommend.
The app was good but the service was just about acceptable.The address was a tiny mini-market style store.There was no signage for Radical Storage. We walked by the store before realising our error/The shopkeeper was courteous and registered our luggage without issue. Our primary concern was that the bags were not put into a secure storage space. They were left in the store and within easy reach of anybody who entered the store. Thankfully the luggage was still there when we returned but, we had an uneasy feeling for the day until it was back in our hands! Would be very slow to recommend.
I didn't know your company and my experience was awful. If you make people pay in advance you have to be reliable. Instead, I finished paying for a service I didn't receive, the place to leave my luggage was closed and this ruined what I had planned to do in the day. I am waiting for a refund and I will certainly not use your services again.
1. it was not easy to find 2. It does not look secure. We just kept our luggage in a small local supermarket, and the store owner gave no tags or stickers for my luggage. So anyone could take our luggage, and the owner of the store would not know which luggage was whose. Luckily, we found our luggage safely, but there must be a system to keep our luggage safe.
If I could give Radical Storage a 0 I would. I booked on the app, arrived to the location (Nude Amigos restaurant, Broadbeach) and it’s closed. I ring the contact number associated which was the restaurant owner. He explained that he has never been associated with Radical Storage before. I was completely inconvenienced and had to spend even more money to store my bags somewhere not fraudulent. I have messaged on the app and had no response. Ridiculous.
