when we booked the place it turned out that it was no longer working and the person was very rude. The support was nice and quickly found us a new place (fitness). The new place was very good, but the luggage was just behind the reception desk and when we collected it, the person didn't know that we still had time to store it and didn't speak English. That's why we had to find an Italian-speaking English in order to understand each other.
We arrived at the location lisburn road as prebooked at the correct time. The storage shop was closed and we waited for 30 minutes with elderly relatives and cases with no show. We contacted radical storage with no initial response from the telephone number. We emailed and got a delayed email stating the company would get back shortly but this did not happen. We made our own arrangements which meant dragging cases into the city taxis and locating another drop off point. Eventually radical storage did get back but only to tell us they would refund our payment, very unhelpful and poor service. Thanks for response but no refund as been received to date?
Pretty easy and affordable way to store stuff for a day. The location was a bit difficult to get to with multiple buzzers and a long elevator to a hostel rather than just a bunch of lockers at a train station but it worked fine.
