The guy attended me was very helpful, punctual and friendly.The location is really near to the Kálvin tér Station in Budapest, and to the point were we take the 100E bus to airport.

The staff in St James Quater were very…

The staff in St James Quater were very friendly and extremely helpful. Two young guys helped us set up the app because our WiFi wasn’t working. One was called Rory but I can’t remember the other gentleman. A great experience and interaction TOP MARKS

DO NOT USE THE ONE IN LEEDS (HAIR CITY ) we booked a locker on the radical storage app yesterday , turned up to the place to find out these lockers don’t exist no more !! No refund no apology DO NOT GO THERE the shop we’re very rude about it aswell

Additional fee

Their service itself is very easy and convenient. I really appreciate this service as a trip lover.However I have one point that I’d like them to improve. They charge extra fee even if there’s no fault in my side. I needed to email to explain the reason why I couldn’t make it the pick up time (stood in a long line or looks like a luggage keeper forgot to record.)I would like them to do away with this additional fee system, or at the very least change it to only when it is carried over the next day.

I was disappointed

I was disappointed The location was a 10 minute walk from the location l searched for. The shop where my luggage items were stored didn’t lock them in lockers. They were purely placed behind a screen. Not as sold on the tin!
