Absolutely terrible experience. Used your website to book storage, the business didn’t even exist. Imagine showing up to store luggage on a time frame and the business doesn’t even exist. Requested a refund and still have not even received it. It’s been7 days.
I tried it last year in Oslo and it worked fine. Unfortunately in Hanoi (Vietnam) the two times we booked storage it was scam! The café and shop where we wanted to drop it of did not exist or however the employees informed us that their adress is used by the scammers. Radical storage did not answer my mail regarding this scam. Also I did not get my money back - so disappointing! So Radical Storage is not even helping the customers and more or less supporting those scammers. Also Radical storage has not even a button to report scammers. And since you do not see the adress in advance you can't check if the place is legit.
