Review Time
According to the description, one can leave baggage of any size, and I thought that it would be a large open storage. I had to store an electronic keyboard, only 98 cm long, but it barely fit to the locker provided. And I had to push it into the cell diagonally. If it was a couple centimeters longer it wouldn't fit. Moreover, at the end of the day I had to wait for an assistance from a hotel staff to get my bag because of some software bug... All in all not a smooth experience at all.
Turned up at the location where I had booked to leave my bag to be told that there was no room for my bag. Contacted customer service and they told me to just rebook with another location (big help, thanks!) and when I did find a new location, customer service told me it would take 5 days for them to issue a refund. Pathetic.
I sort of expected a locked cupboard, so was a little surprised it was under stairs by dining tables.But no problem, as the staff looked after our bags perfectly well and we decided to have our lunch here upon picking our cases up.Best decision, shrimp tagliatelle was amazing, I'd definitely return there. Staff were also really helpful with us finding our bus stop, to get to the airport 😊
