Review Time
I went to Seoul on Christmas eve, so I expected all the lockers at Seoul station to be taken. This led me to Radical Storage and it all worked smoothly. My friend was able to convince the hostel owner to take his briefcase as well (for a fee of course) so we could spend our day in Seoul without having to carry our luggage!
The storage was a basement at a restaurant and a room full of luggages that the owner of the restaurant had a key to lock, it was accessible only from circular stairs barely fitting a person not to mention the luggages.. the restaurant was closed at 7.30pm not at 21.00 as the page offers..We had to leave our tour earlier because of this..Also had to pull up the luggages one by one, some of them couldn't fit the stairs.
Very poor.I got to this venue and showed my QR Code.The girl at the counter said; "Have you booked online? - We don't do it anymore as we had loads of problems"So end result on a Saturday night I had to carry my bag roundEDITED: Got a full refund after emailing support - but assume the database of storage facilituies is not well policed
