Just across the road from the Tower of London. Really helped me out to be able to leave my shopping bags there for a few hours while I visited the Tower. The price is for one bag, whether it's a big suitcase or a very small shopping bag, so if you're leaving shopping take a larger bag out with you (even if it's a bin bag) so that you can put everything together. Very pleasant staff too.
The guy working there was super friendly and helpful. Whilst my bags were in the same open room as other people, he was checking my booking confirmation etc as I came in to drop off and collect. So I felt like it was safe. And super convenient as right opposite Leicester square station. Will use again!
We booked a locker in Vienna, next to Erberg. The place was so difficult to find and the location in the web didnt help. After 40 minutes searching for it we found it closed. I didnt even receive the email with the code that we needed to open the door. We called to the spot’s emergencies’ number but they didnt reply us, so after 1 hour we had to cancel the reservation.
DO NOT USE. I’d give 0 star if I could. No locker at the location I’d paid for, and the woman at the shop was incredibly rude. Said to the chat support worker that if he didn’t refund jg payment method I’d just do a charge back on PayPal and voila, refund appeared. Don’t settle for the credit, looks like this is a scam website, don’t waste your time
