Good service, hope the door is open 24/7

In the beginning it was a bit of a struggle to get into the building because the door was locked when we came by early morning even if the listing says it’s open 24/7. But when we were assisted by a guy who was coming out the door, the dropoff was seamless and the staff was nice and accommodating.

Great service overall

Great service overall. The only issues we had (which were actually quite serious) was that it was difficult to find the spot where we were supposed to leave our luggage, since the provided address showed a slightly different spot, and we couldn't reach neither the place itself nor Radical Storage support by phone. In the end it worked out well though, after some initial stress during the search.

Very efficient drop off and collection

Very efficient drop off and collection. Easy to book online in advance and convenient for catching train to Bologna airport, allowing us to make the most of our last day in the city.
