Everything worked flawlessly, though I was initially a bit skeptical since there was no confirmation that my baggage had been stored, it made me a little uneasy, wondering if I had just handed it over to a random place.That said, the location itself was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Radical team.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the storage location.
Definitly recommend this establishment both for the good customer service and also for the safety applied to the storage of your luggage, although you do need to go down two lots of stairs. Great location, situated directly opposite Leicester Square station very convenient and approx 10 mins walk from Piccadilly Circus. I had arrived very harassed as I’d got soaked due to the rain and was unaware when I left my phone on the counter. One of the gentlemen shouted down to me as he could see on the CCTV I was struggling to find something as I rummaged through my bags. I thank him very much as this could have been an absolute disaster if someone had taken it.
