I visited the store for an item that was on sale online. Although they didn't have it in stock, the staff worked together to resolve the issue. The floor assistant directed me to the manager, who searched online and arranged for my order. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was there on Monday 12/1 around 4:00 PM. Great job, team!
