The associates helped me as soon as I walked in the store. What I was looking for was not in my size. He looked in the computer and it said they had none in my size. As I was getting ready to leave the associate stopped me and found the item in my size. I had an event the next day. I was so excited to not have to look anymore. They are the best.
I went in to get some pistons gear. they didn’t have a HUGE selection but what they do have is nice. i was told that they’re still trying to get more gear from the Pistons but it’s a licensing issue. Other than that though, they have such nice sports gear. the Lions side of the store is so overwhelming but in a good way. There’s so many things to choose from. clothing, accessories, jewelry, etc. friendly and helpful customer service in store also. i will be back if i need anything else.
Found this Rally House in the Power & Light District not far from our hotel. I was looking for a KC Chief's 2026 Calendar and found it at this store. They had a variety of calendars to chose from which was great. Ironically, the KC Chiefs Pro Shop didn't have these available, so kudos to Rally's for carrying them. This store carried all of the local KC college and professional teams paraphernalia. The Rally store staffers were professional and customer friendly.
