The shirts are great quality and vibrant in color. Sizes were too big but they were prompt in responding to me through email and allowed me to reorder smaller sizes without shipping the originals back and all I had to pay was a re-shipping fee. I am so impressed with their customer service and efficiency. I would recommend this company and their products to anyone!
The quality of the product was awful; it arrived ripped and late, despite paying for express shipping. I attempted to return it for a refund, but there was no easy automated return option available. Instead, I was instructed to contact the support team via email. After five days of back-and-forth, including sending a photo of the damaged item, it became clear they were just delaying my case by responding once a day until the 30-day window expired. Additionally, the website features only 5-star reviews, which should have raised a red flag that I ignored. Save your money and avoid this seller—both the product and the customer service experience will likely leave you frustrated.
AVOID. The clothing items are significantly smaller than advertised. You must request a return in order to send them back but the company will not allow it and dodge any request. They then try to get you to pay shipping again for a replacement (shipping is over £12). This company provide poor quality clothing than is not as described and then offer no route for a refund. AVOID.
I ordered two t-shirts. When they arrived, the colour was not as shown online. I ordered olive/army green but the t-shirts had a brown tinge around the neckline. There was also slight staining on one of the t-shirts. So an easy return? Not a chance. Clearly the company has no intention of offering me a refund. First request for return address was met with an email asking for photos of everything. Next I was told the photos were blurry. Photos of the t-shirts were pin sharp. Then the offer of a discount code. Subsequent emails saying much the same thing. Do not use this company.
I loved the range of japanese prints that Tokyocanvas have to offer but after I'd spent ages choosing a hooded top I heard that Tokyocanvas is a scam site which often doesn't deliver.All I can say is that as a result I monitored the shipping and given that they shipped from Asia my top arrived in good time, it was exactly what I'd ordered and I love it
Tokyocanvas has some cute, trendy artwork, which is probably its strongest point. My order came packaged fairly well, and the shirt fits fairly true to size. But there are several downsides: the print began to fade slightly after a few washes, and the fabric near the seams started looking a bit worn. Customer support was polite when I messaged them, but they didn’t offer a full refund — only a partial. So, I’m moderately satisfied but won’t rely on them for more expensive purchases.
