We found a holiday on the Facebook site and our enquiry was handled by Laura. We gave her all the details and she checked out the holiday adding all our requirements. Laura, as promised, got back to us by the end of the day, confirming all the booking details at a fantastic price. (This quote was for 2x adults, 1x child, 7 nights & worth pointing out that other travel companies prices like for like, were more expensive.)Laura was friendly, helpful & professional which added to a very easy booking process. Nick in the Aberdeen office really listened to what we were looking for and highlighted issues we should consider e.g. summer operating times for the cable cars. We were looking to do fly drive but after Nick's investigations this was ruled out as too expensive. We are now using trains which will be more relaxing. All the recommended hotels look really nice and fit our budget. This was a complex itinerary which Nick has put together and we thank him for that.
