Have had consistently good service over the years but particularly came to write this review becasue of the excellent customer service I received recently. Ordered a couple of rather unusual components from them a week or two ago and they never turned up which seemed to be an issue with the national carrier. The replacements were sorted efficiently, politely and helpfully and at no extra cost and I was grateful for the ease of sorting the problem. First class!
