If you are a merchant then do you get Razorpay as your payment partner. They never resolve issues. There is no customer service number and you will keep raising tickets on their dashboard and they will not call back. They will hold your payments till you give them documents. And when you give the documents they will want more documents. And they will keep escalating the matter without reaching anywhere. Then you will give up.
Zero stars for Razorpay..unfortunately for Muzigal ...Razorpay is our payment partner. Being a partner of Muzigal indiranagar we are using POS from Razorpay..Razorpay had conveniently started diverting my POS payments to some random account which my accountant realised after 10 months as we were not able to tally the accounts..shamelessly Razorpay has been deferring 2 lacs of the outstanding payments from a long time despite highlighting the issue from 2 months..third class customer care third class Escalation team absolutely no response to emails neither they have been able to acknowledge the issue forget paying 2 lacs..pathetic is a small word..these guys have no accountability..worst ever experience..
Zero star if possible for this worst payment gateway. 100% fraud.Dont pay if payment is processed by razorpay. I made a payment which later realized as fraud. I dont get any service So raised refund request.100% fraud & never try this .
worst company l tried just plain useless the website says already registered but you can't even login such a bad people i have never seen, simple first step to check yourself is not there,worst disaster of my life,surendra 09963721999
⚠️ Warning to all merchants & business owners:Razorpay is doing fraud with KYC charges. They took ₹199 from me in the name of account/KYC activation but never completed the process and never activated my account.Even after contacting customer care multiple times and requesting a clear explanation on email about how my KYC money was used, I received no reply for many days. This shows their lack of transparency and irresponsible behavior towards merchants.👉 If a payment gateway cannot give basic customer support and keeps money without providing service, it clearly means they are cheating merchants.👉 I strongly advise every business owner: Do not trust Razorpay with your money.👉 They are unprofessional, irresponsible, and act like fraudsters by charging fees without delivering promised services.I will keep raising this issue on every platform so that no other merchant becomes a victim of such fraudulent practices.
