One of the worst payment service provider, Almost all the time Axis Bank Net banking does not work and the usual excuse provided is the banks service is down. This not true when I am able to make payment via Axis bank net banking at other e-commerce providers website.
Choosing Razorpay was my biggest mistake. There is zero support from their end. For the past 10 days, I’ve been trying to raise a complaint, and every time they say the team will contact me within 24 hours, but no one responds. Worst support ever. Disha, John and Aditya keep giving false assurances and waste customers’ time. I run a small D2C store and switched to Razorpay a few months ago. The onboarding was quick and the dashboard guided me through every step. The payment gateway works smoothly, especially for UPI and card payments for my niche customers. My customers rarely report failures and the checkout page looks professional.Settlements are consistent and I get clear visibility on fees, refunds, and disputes. I also like the extra tools like payment links and the mobile app. Overall, Razorpay has made handling payments much easier for my business.
Got an email. Some scammer has used my email address to make a purchase and open an account at Razorpay. I had never heard about either of these companies before. It seems to be impossible to contact Razorpay since I don’t have an account there. How do I solve this issue when there’s no way to contact Razorpays customer service, if there is any?!Edit, reply: There is no option for me at that page you linked too since I’m NOT a customer, nor interested in becoming one. (I’ve tried several of the unsuitable options at that page.) Please get an email address and/or a phone number!!! Or a direct link for cases of fraud like this -if you are interested in preventing fraud and crime!
As a customer, if there is a payment failure issue that repeatedly happens. If you directly contact Razorpay, they will not solve it , but will ask to contact the vendor to raise a ticket to Razorpay. When we contact the vendor, the vendor will say that since the payment gateway is Razorpay, to contact Razorpay directly. Basically, they pass the ball between each other. Nobody solves the issue. Let me tell you right now, if you're a business owner looking for a payment solution from Razorpay.I'm not exaggerating here.DON'T USE THIS PAYMENT PROCESSOR.THEY WILL WITHHOLD YOUR FUNDS.THEY WILL BAN YOU FROM THEIR PLATFORM.MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY WILL NEVER SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS TO AN ARBITRATOR WHEN A DISPUTE ARISES.Is Razorpay Trusted Company?NO, THEY ARE USING A DIFFERENT PAYMENT PROCESSOR BUT NOT THEIR OWN... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!
