Too long delivery time

I ordered a Dualshock 4 PS-controller on last week thursday to Amsterdam. They promised on the homepage 2-3 workdays for the delivering. Today is wednesday, and it's still in Germany, the DPL status is "Aangemeld (Zending nog niet ontvangen of verwerkt)". I don't think so, I'll ever order from them again.UPDATE: Finally I got in on friday. The controller itself is in a pretty good condition. So, I change the rating higher with one star. Maybe you wouldn't be so bad company. Just, for example, in the details, you could write "5-10 workdays" instead of "2-3". And less people would be dissatisfied.

Beyond Expectation

I bought a Nikon D3400 body for a reasonable price.To my surprise it came in the original packing and with all the original booklets and warranties. Battery-loader and battery were also included. The body itself was in mint condition. Delivery was swift and everything was firmly packed.The whole buy gave me the feeling i really had a bargain.

Good product, somewhat slow delivery

The phone arrived perfectly really without any signs of usage, quite surprised for that tbh, product quality is excellent. Delivery was somewhat slow, took 6 days to arrive, could be influenced by the 11/11 sales period, not sure.Haven't had any experiences with the customer service, hopefully I wouldnt have to XD

Came with an obviously broken camera, the only option is to send it back and wait over a month for a refund or get it repaired with unofficial parts. Don't waste your time don't these people.

Avoid if you don't want to loose your time and your phone

Avoid if you don't want to loose your time... and your phone.They didn't match the offer. Because of a small spot on the corner of the screen, they considered it broken so offered 10 euros, against 108 initially. Therefore I asked to get my phone back. Until then, ok, let's agree to disagree. But then real issues came up. They first sent me back the wrong phone. I had to send it back, and then I waited.I finally got my phone back, but broken, and this time, not a small spot, completely damaged on the back.And of course, they never reacted to my mail to their support service...I add about the answer of rebuy below. They are way faster to answer to critics on trustpilot than to their actual customers. I sent my complaint to them on 16.10 and since then nothing.
