Restart appalling service

I wouldn't rate this service 1 star even if i had to the chance to service i got was appalling they done nothing to support me through the time i were there all they done was apply more pressure and stress on me which were not helpful what so ever. They tried to say i was rude to them when i was on the phone because they booked me an appointment for an early time were i had a responsibility to carry out and they were absolutely horrible to me on the phone they disrespected my family and me for carrying out duty that was very important and all they done to me on the phone was speaking to me in a disrespectful manner when i was explaining why i had to have a later appointment and they tried saying that it were an excuse even when i emailed to ask if i could have the appointment a little later. Im very dissapointed with this service when they were supposed to support me looking into part time work and they couldnt even do that. This review is for the reed in parternership based in consett. Absolutley appalling service. This was a total waste of time of a proggramme it were my advisor that was very disrespectful to me when i had an important duty helping my family.

Bobbi Brown, And, Jessica Bane. 10/10

Went to my first appointment to meet my advisor yesterday and she was just amazing, her name is bobbi and there was also a lovely woman called jessica who tagged along. it couldn't have been a more comfy discussion and interview. both of them were so kind are friendly, i felt so at home and not afraid to speak up and ask questions. overall just a great experience. (give them a raise!)
