Professional support

I had the opportunity to engage with Reed in Partnership for job search support, and the experience was highly positive and impactful. Their team demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping individuals secure meaningful employment. What stood out the most was the consistent encouragement and constructive feedback, which kept me motivated throughout the process. The team’s proactive communication ensured I never felt alone during my job search journey. Thanks to their support, I was able to secure a role aligned with my interests and skills. I highly recommend Reed in Partnership to anyone seeking structured, professional, and results-oriented job search assistance.

I would 100% recommend reed in…

I would 100% recommend reed in partnership, I was a little apprehensive at first but my employment advisor was fantastic I felt listened to about what I would like to achieve, and even felt listened to when I spoke about my personal life, there are so many resources available to help get you into work, I for example completed my level one and level two teaching assistant course this year and there are many other courses available, since being with reed in partnership I was able to get a job as a learning support mentor at a college and to be honest I couldn’t be happier, I know not everyone could have the same experience as me but you never know until you try! Thank you Reed in Partnership!

Not very accommodating

Not very accommodating, I live on a boat so at times I am very far away, I literally live hand to mouth, I have no money for travel, yes they say they will reimburse me, but I don't have the cash to buy a train ticket, I'm threatened constantly with taking my benefits, even dwp do all my interviews by phone or video to take away the mental stress it causes me. Reed have turned me into a nervous wreck I really don't know how to resolve it, they really DO NOT CARE!

Still waiting for fares to be paid back…

Still waiting for fares to be paid back from the 4th April and 19th July. I have to go again this week and it's getting ridiculous. I am paying to get to the office and getting nothing back,

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time. Public funds being burned for me to attend appointments and sessions that really cover nothing not already known. Everything could be taken on by DWP and advised in appointments. Because I'm claiming Universal Credit I have to pretend to be a happy nodding dog. This is the impression I received. If you enjoy fake smiley corporate types you will love this place. If you want help starting up in business, look elsewhere. My favourite part was the notice board in the main office which has a list of staff names and a mark (sticker?) used to represent claimants (clients) who have gained employment on their watch. Are staff on this scheme incentivised? Is this why self employment is actively ignored and discouraged? Could well be and I'm looking forward to finding out. Public funds could be much better spent. This companies tax returns speak for themselves.Edit: It should be noted when I requested flexibility with appointments (fortnightly) and sessions to allow me to capitalise on the weather to prep for self employment the answer was that participation is mandatory. I heard this each time I raised a criticism. I won't be making contact to discuss this. Everything I've stated is well known but Reeds is built on people agreeing for an easy life. Terrible experience. Completely fake, as can be evidenced from the generic corporate nonspeak response to this review.

Would rate higher if possible.

I was paired with a brilliant advisor called Uwais but also received training from many other members of the Reed team and they're all fantastic. They helped me to get photo I.D and to open a bank account and I am now back in work thanks to their help. They also offered continued support through the early stages of going back to work. This is basically what you'd expect the jobcentre to be doing but they don't have the capacity so Reed exists to fill that void. If you're serious about finding work but have barriers, You would absolutely benefit from meeting with them. They have many contacts in many different industries and can set up interviews for you. They will tailor everything to you! They also offer free counselling and support through reed wellbeing and working minds which I took advantage of. I'll always be grateful for the effort the whole team gave to get me back on my feet. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
