Restart is the one....

To be honest, I agree with Restart Program, It intimidates individuals and persuades them to find the job, as well as, it provides some courses, which are really helpful in searching and finding jobs.My work coach (Debby Foulkes) was a kind woman. She always helped me and guided me in searching a suitable job, thanks to Restart Program.

They are very supportive and are dedicated to every individual to help them be successful. there are many positive things to say about the company from helping with your cv, training, up to getting into work and staying in touch once your in work. Thank you all very much.

Just another government contract to waste money.

I went into the service with an open mind, I had heard of Reed previously and actually thought the prospect of a recruitment agency helping people into work was genius until I actually attended. All the staff seem to care about is booking people onto stupid, pointless courses - of which not all the information was correct - honestly it looks like Reed must get paid for each course provided and the courses seem to be aimed at people that have never worked a day in their lives.I worked full time self employed at the time I was placed with the agency but my earnings fluctuated due to expenses. There was no allowances for this you still had to attend courses for hours and regularly see the work coach. To her credit the coach I had tried to be nice at times but her attitude seemed quite arrogant at times, I was considering going into taxi driver and she said she could support with this, I obviously had researched loads into the field and know many people that already do it, but "her friend" at a local company were not hiring despite me repeatly telling her I wanted to work for Uber purely for the flexibility as I have multiple children to work around. This fell on deaf ears, I knew what I needed to get into it DBS and multiple courses via the council which I had the sources of I was just struggling to fund them and it sounded like Reed would help at first but it just never happend because this one firm wasnt hiring. One time I missed an appointment but I attempted to call and explain why but never got an answer, when I told the advisor via email that I tried calling the response I got was " We have appointments with other people so can not always answer" bare in mind I also phoned during my appointment time. The communication between Reed and the Job Centre is abysmal as a couple of months I shouldn't have been obligated to participate with Reed due to my earnings not providing me with any UC. The work coach said I have to speak to my Job Centre advisor and my Job Centre advisor said I had to speak to the work coach at Reed. The only good things about the service was from Amy at Reed Wellbeing, she is an amazing listener and will always try help in any way she can and the fact that Reed will help provide support with things you may need to get back into work. Even now I should be rid of the place for good and all I get is constant emails with new appointments and I have rang many times with no answer to tell them to stop and in the end I left a message explaining my circumstances have changed and I will no longer be attending to stop wasting appointments I wont be attending. Yet again I have another appointment booked in for tomorrow.Seriously the whole things feels like a government backhander contract that tries to appear like they are helping people into employment but what do they actually do other than tell you to do work seach and waste loads of your time with pointless courses. How is this any differant to what the job centre used to provide in house? It doesnt they always had access to funds to help get into employment and they run pointless courses too the only differance is they pay Reed to do something they used to do themselves. Had potential to be great but highly disappointed from start to finish.

The team is incredibly helpful and always easy to reach, which made communication seamless throughout my experience. I learned a great deal from their knowledgeable staff, who provided valuable insights and support. Additionally, their flexible timetable allowed me to engage with their services at my convenience, making the entire process efficient and accommodating.
