Help with CV review and job search

Adviser Andy Hacking was incredibly helpful in reviewing my current CV and identifying areas for improvement, as well as providing general practical recommendations. Very much needed service provided by 'CPCA -Skills and Employment'.

Discrimination

Read in Partnership has subjected me to one of the worst experiences of my life. Despite clearly disclosing my learning disabilities, they failed to make even basic reasonable adjustments and showed a shocking lack of understanding, care, or professionalism. The Restart programme is, in my opinion, unethical and harmful. It feels designed to pressure and control rather than support vulnerable people. I was treated like a box to be ticked, not a human being, and left feeling distressed, ignored, and worse off than when I started.Any organisation claiming to support people into work while failing disabled participants so completely should be deeply ashamed. I would strongly warn anyone with learning disabilities or additional needs to avoid Read in Partnership altogether.

forcing behaviour from staff members

not good at they are forcing someone i know to do a job they dont want to do just so the staff at reed can get extra money in there pocket wouldt even go there they dont care about what anyone wants this place needs to be shut down and start thinking what we want its us doing the job at the end of the day not you so i expect you to respect my wishes and im going to encourage my friend to not listen to her advisor you are taking her in the wrong direction so respect her wishes on what she want to do and not what your forcing her to do i will not stand by a watch your staff members bully her and taxis have to be paid for what kind of job is this if she has to pay for taxis

NO HELP AT ALL

The staff here must be on massive Commission! My partner has been sent here even though she is a self-employed delivery driver where she declares every penny of her earnings. The "advisor" from Reed is constantly pestering her to take on more work and sending her irrelevant jobs that are nothing that she is interested in or can do and has no experience in. He has even contacted companies to apply on her behalf without speaking to her first!!!! Surely as a delivery driver her time would be better spent doing her work than going to this pointless place. My partner is not afraid to work and I feel like she is being pressured by this company to take any job offered to her and they don't seem to care that we have a 3 year old son!!!! Places.like this need to concentrate more on people that cannot be bothered to work NOT people who are already trying to do what they can to earn a little bit of extra money!!!!!

Reed in Partnership’s Framework work…

Reed in Partnership’s Framework work and health program, mission is to positively transform people’s life into a life of mental and stress abyss. The advisors they employ have zero knowledge and credibility and lack any key skills, like qualifications and people skills; they have zero knowledge experience regarding the benefits system, and communication is the weakest part. They do not listen to the needs of their clients. They do not take into account of disability. It has become increasingly clear that the program is more focused on meeting internal KPIs than delivering sustainable outcomes for participants. Much of the support feels like a tick-box exercise aimed at securing government funding, rather than providing genuine help to jobseekers. This is a scandalous scheme that should be investigated for abuse and bullying towards the most vulnerable people that require help and support. Those who ask for support end up with mental health issues due to these advisors' tactics and bad actions, Absolute waste of time and taxpayers’ money.Complete waste of time. Public funds are being burned. They constantly harass people with emails and phone calls to gain knowledge to benefit their needs not the clients, this is purely to get access to government funds.clients have been advised to lie about their health conditions so they can apply for jobs that they have no way of doing.I feel the only way to describe this organization is that of a 1980s doubled glazed windows company where the sole purpose is greed.

Restart scheme swadlincote branch

I started going to these guy's in June as part of the Restart scheme from universal credit at the swadlincote branch Everything was great at first but that soon changed in September bullied, manipulated and spoken to like something on his shoe !!Was told I came across as bitchy, arsey and aggressive I reported this to my jobcentre advisor who were not happy.Kept messing about with travel money there and back was literally given £5 in 5ps then laughed at.Forced to participate in job search and threatened with if you don't we will advise jobcentre to sanction you.Kept trying to force me to apply for Jobs that I couldn't get to with unsociable hours and no way of getting there and back And told just get taxi. Was told to withheld information to the jobcentre which I refused and informed jobcentre about what was said.I've now got a job which I found myself no help from them.First week I was called three times apparent update calls then told I will receive another five.Constant harassment from him and reported to the jobcentre which has now stopped.Honestly swadlincote branch are so bad they don't care as long as boxes are ticked your just a number to them. Good luck it's mandatory you have to go your just treated like trash!!
