I have been receiving support from my employment advisor, Sophie and I honestly can’t thank her enough. When I first started interview practice, I was extremely nervous and would panic at the thought of interviews. After working with Sophie, I now feel confident answering interview questions and I know I can come and see her before each interview for support.I feel very comfortable speaking to Sophie about anything. She always listens, never judges, and is incredibly understanding. I have learned so much from her, and she constantly motivates me. She is always cheerful, positive, and goes above and beyond to explore different ways to help and support me.I genuinely look forward to our sessions every time, and it’s a shame that we only have two months left working together. Sophie has made a difference to my confidence and progress, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.

All around pleasant experience, all staff members are really polite , my personal mentor is absolutely lovely and so forward with trying to help, and it actually seems likes people listen there, and understand, I was nervous and disheartened at first knowing I had to start, but after 1st meeting I was very surprised!
