Rarely do I give 5-star ratings, but my sauna experience justifies it. After comparing to competitors, I ordered a two-person sauna with red-light therapy to be delivered and assembled by two employees last September as an addition to my newly renovated basement gym. They carried the parts downstairs and had the sauna fully assembled in less than two hours which included a brief tutorial afterwards. The employees were very professional. I completed my flooring afterwards and started really using the sauna frequently in October about 3 to 4 times a week after each workout. The interior temperature reaches the maximum 150 degrees in about 40 minutes and stays that way. The Bluetooth also works well and thus far, I have had no issues. I hooked up the electrical to a separate 15 amp plug as directed. Highly recommend!!
Alyssa really went above and beyond to ensure I got the best possible deal on a product that I had my eye on for a very long time. I’d really did my research on one of the Ice Barrell products, and inquired into the product with several retailers, but Alyssa easily offered the best pricing over everyone else that I had been dealing with. This was my first time ever visiting the store the sales person I spoke with was Alyssa I spent a long time in the massage chair asking a lot of questions. And at no time did she make me feel rushed or like I spent too much time in the chair. We worked through all of my concerns and what I needed out of a chair. Once I finally settled on a chair. She was very reasonable to deal with and I am completely satisfied with the the price we agreed on. What a pleasant experience it was dealing with her on such an expensive purchase. I highly recommend going to this store if you're in the market for any of their products.
We went here to purchase a massage chair, Alyssa was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us decide which massage chair would work the best for us. We tried a couple of different brands and models, and ended up purchasing the right one. Would strongly recommend visiting here if you’re shopping for a massage chair
The communication with Alyssa has been wonderful. She is very knowledgable and prompt with answers. I have not received the sauna yet, but will post again, as you have to pay up front for the sauna and am anticipating the delivery and being able to actually use it.
On a budget, I was in search for a foot massager as I've been experiencing sore feet recently due to tons of walking in my new neighborhood.
