Bought an Alberta Great Lakes hot tub from Jason and the team at Relaxacare. Jason and his team are a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. On the day of the scheduled delivery, there was a small delay. Ashley contacted us to let us know the team was running about an hour behind which allowed us to let our electrician know. The team showed up, delivered the tub and within 4 hours from delivery/electrical hook up we had it filled. Thank you to the whole team at Relaxacare!
Nothing but great friendly service when you enter the Burlington location! Jason is always a delight to interact with and even threw my daughter's private class a water balloon fight when the nice weather hit in 2021. The variety of products avaliable is outstanding and will keep me a loyal customer for years to come!
This is the most terrible place to shop. Price is affordable but customer service is horrible. We even got threatened by the owner that he wants to put a lawsuit against us. Honestly, what is he thinking? The massage chair we were looking to buy, we were expecting a foot roller. Somehow the website and the receptionist (Allisa) told me that it has the up down and side to side foot roller massage. But it actually doesnt’t have, so with the misinformation leads us don’t want to buy it. Also the owner doesn’t even know his own product. When we mention that what we were looking for Panasonic foot roller massage, he says non of the Panasonic products have foot roller massage function. But is not true, Panasonic EP MAJ7K does have the foot roller massage. At the end the owner force us to pay 15% restocking fees, which is around $525. After he says that, he just hung up the phone. What kind of manner is this, I can’t believe it. That’s so crazy, it wasn’t our fault, I even called to confirmed the foot roller and the front desk lady (Allisa) have confirmed with the owner. And at the end the store wants to charge us for their own mistake. I thought to write this review for future customer who wants to buy massage chair from this shop. Do not waste your time you will be disappointed with their customer service.
I purchased a gift for my nephew on the Relaxacare website. The browsing and checkout experience was very easy and I would get constant updates regarding the status of my order. I even received my shipment a day earlier than expected! I would not hesitate to shop with Relaxacare again in the future.
I wanted to buy an Infinity Massage gun and Relaxacare had the best price! I went to the Burlington location and they were awesome! Super helpful and friendly! I love the massager so much that I showed it to family and friends! Ended up buying a few more for others and they love the gun too!! It’s amazing!!! They even honoured the sale price to a friend who went in after the sale ended!! Great people!! I would definitely recommend them!
I just bought a massage chair from Relaxacare. I dealt wit Jason and his staff. They were great to deal with. I bought a demo that they had received. It is a massage pro RK8900. My wife loves it. They delivered it the next day. Because it was a demo, there was no box. Colin brought it up to my condo and set it up. He was very careful and very knowledgeable . Not a mark on this chair. I was also ok with the price. I would highly recommend this company. Also, I live in Thornhill and I drove to Burlington to purchase the chair.
